- Writing high-quality code with C# and Golang
- Refactor existed solution to reduce technical debt
- Prepare architecture and process proposals
- Review the work of your colleagues and help them grow
- Commit your ideas to make the product and or env. better.
- Solid core computer science foundation and deep understanding of OOP concepts
- 5+ years with C#/.NET core development
- 3+ years with Golang development
- Good understanding of core software design concepts like SOLID, GRASP, DRY
- Speaking Mandarin will be a great advantage
- Experience with high-load, data-heavy projects with the key role
- Blog with relative content or stack overflow profile or open-source contribution
- Good leadership abilities as well as skills to motivate others
- Docker, k8s, Bash advanced skills
